My motto since my mother died has been, "At the end of the day, I just want to be happy". Personally, I think it's a good motto. Being physically active has gotten me so much closer to daily happiness. Physiologically, I can't explain it...but I am as certain of the connection between exercise and mood as if I had read it in a medical journal. I came across the following article this morning:
