One of my favorite sayings is, "Little and often fills the pot". This is a truism for so many areas of our lives. Little frequent displays of affection make those special to you feel loved. Small handfuls of change frequently placed into a bedside jar, quickly add up to big bucks (think intrest on car loans!) Small changes that we make in our diet, can show amazing results.
